Pulp Fiction Book Store November Already? 1

November Already?

This Fall has been crazy, some good, some not so much. We lost a lot of time this Fall because of storms and such. Being in North Carolina could have been finer this year. Where are those terraforming robots and that computer controlled weather when you need them? Nevertheless, we managed to get a fair number of ebooks built and published, just not quite the number we had hoped for.

We published eight ebooks over the last three months, well below our usual pace but we loved bringing all these great stories back to life. They were:

But the best news of all is that we published The Moon Terror by A.G. Birch. The Moon Terror was originally published in 1927 by Weird Tales. The hardcover book reproduced one novel, one novelette and two short stories from the beginnings of the magazine’s run.

It was originally sold but it never had much of a demand. Eventually, Farnsworth Wright, editor of Weird Tales decided to give it away as a gift to those who subscribed to the magazine. If you are looking for an original first edition, be prepared to spend approximately $250 at a rare book store. However, if you’d just like to read the stories, we’ve got you covered. We’re giving it away FREE!

If you’re a lover of fantasy and horror, a lover of Weird Tales, this should be on your to-read list. We have included the original illustrations from the magazine that were not reproduced in the hardcover book. So go grab a copy! And enjoy!
